On 8/20/08 I dropped my '07 R1200R off at Ride West BMW (North Seattle) for scheduled (week earlier) BMW brake line recall. As I arrived they had 3 loner bikes to choose from while my motorcycle was in the shop. I chose F800ST (nice bike), and after 3hours my ride was ready to be picked up. While in the shop, they also replaced ESW ring antenna, and updated software. Everything went very smoothly, and I'm very happy with their service. The only thing they missed was that they forgot to realign the headlight (I had same problem on the original delivery of that bike when i bought it, also from Ride West) anyways, I just wanted to share this with you. They are a great dealer and I'm very happy with the way that BMW handles those warranty issues.
