Have the rules changed regarding adding a picture in one's signature? I see some folks have them, yet I am prevented from doing so... seems a tad bit unfair. Yes, I am pouting.

Last spring a new policy went into effect which restricts sig lines. Although it became an issue for some of the more excitable forum users (grinning - not pointing fingers at anyone) the truth of the matter is that the signature lines were getting a little out of control.
So - the few that you might see with pictures or colored fonts - or something else -- those are few and far between. All new sig lines need to be compliant.
Easy as that.
You can, however, put a small picture of yourself or whatever in your User CP area, so if someone clicks on your profile they can see the picture.

Thank you for the response Sue. You have not, however, eased my pain and I will continue to be inconsolable and sulk indefinitely. :cry
Let me know how that goes.

All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others
A proclamation by the pigs who control the government in the novel Animal Farm, by George Orwell. The sentence is a comment on the hypocrisy of governments that proclaim the absolute equality of their citizens but give power and privileges to a small elite.
None of this applies to anyone here - of course.
