This is my first attempt to put any pictures on the forum. After my ride report on Tom & Mikes Excellent Blue Ridge Parkway Adventure there was a request for some pictures - I got "mentored" on this by my buddy Mad John Eagan so here it goes. This is the old faithful K75S crossing over the state line in South Carolina on the way to Asheville.

Hi Tom:
I just climbed the photo-attach learning curve myself. It appears that you are attaching images directly? That works, as you see, but it has steep limitations. One image per post, and, the max size is relatively small (156K or thereabouts). I was going to do this myself, because I knew how, but re-sizing the images I wanted to put in my trip report down to that level was going to be too much busywork. Instead, I signed up for Google's Picassa. This gives yet another alternative to SmugMug, ImageShack, Flickr, and all the other image sites. With Picassa you download a program that resides on your PC and organizes all your images. That alone is pretty slick. Then you "upload to web album". From there, Picassa provides a tool to create links to individual photos. One link is for emails and the other is HTML code. Paste the HTML code in here. Use the largest thumbnail size when you do so, and you get a nice large image imbedded in your post. As many as you want in a single post. Free of charge.
