Sorry to raise an issue already spoken of but I cannot find the previous post. Ipod to an AutoComm volume too low. What are the options for an amp that I can add to the system? Please relay positives and negative revies.

I use a boostaroo between MP3 player and ear buds. Works fine for me.

have you tried putting a jack in the Autocom input? It has 2 volume settings: the lounder volume is when a mini jack is inserted in the input jack. Not sure how it's labeled? Or do you have a later model with normal volume control?

Don't use ear buds. AutoComm has helmet mounted speakers. Ipod plugs into intercom with a 3.5mm jack and out to helmet. My unit is new and has two volume controls on the box. One for rider and one for passenger. Mine is pegged.

There are internal controls in the autocom if you need to make adjustments beyond the range of the externals. Call them. They're very good with this stuff on the phone.
