Just wanted to give a big shout out to this forum.

This past weekend I dove head on into my first R1150RT valve adjustment with great success. Mostly due to the great discussions and how-to's provided here I felt comfortable in beginning the project.

Ya know what? it was as easy as many of our knowledgable members said it was and I will not hesitate to do it again.

The bittersweet part of this is while I had the tupperware off I changed the light bulbs, put redline shock proof in the tranny, cleaned all those cruddy places normally covered up, adjusted the alternator belt.

Man, I have to stop coming here, whenever I do I keep finding more things I have to do.

Thanks to everyone for the great tech tips!!:bow :bow

There are some pretty helpful un-ignorant people around here. :thumb

Sorry to say Scott but TOO BAD about the pictures.
She's buttoned up now and I'm not taking it apart again for nothing. At least for pictures anyhow, way too many screws.

PLUS, you've aready seen them before in these forums, mine would just be redundant.
