I'm going to catch 119 on the way up and plan to turn right after the bridge onto rt 134 to get started. I've got 4 or 5 days. Any suggestions?

Shipwreck museum at whitefish point is a nice spot.
The museum has the bell of the Edmund Fitzgerald, and the beach is nice, greate ride on the way there

Go to the BMWRA web site and check out the pictures for thier rally held there in June. I Found Copper Harbour a nice place to visit. Have a good ride.

Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and the Keweenaw peninsula should NOT be missed.
And you MUST try the pasties.

Hmm ,only 4 to 5 days lots to see.
The Au Sable Dunes, in Grand Marais, in Marquette-- The Yooper Dome(Superior Dome) , Jean Kay's across the street for a good Pasty and a pop. (Pronounced Pawp), Presque Isle Park, Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Marquette Maritime museum. Ishpeming has Da Yooper's Tourist Trap. Hwy 94 from Shingleton to Manistique is a nice ride. Fayette Park south of Manistique is kinda cool as well. Look out for the deer, bears etc.

I live closer to Detroit but I love the UP.The Mackinaw bridge alone is worth the trip.Sault Sante Marie is A great town with A main drag of shops,bars,and resturants,and lots to do and see.Taquominon falls is nice .And White fish point too.If you go west,Copper harbor,Chistmass,Naubinway,the"devil's wash basin".Have Fun.:groovy
