Rise handlebars R1200R

I hope someone can lead me in the right direction for handlebar risers. The footpegs are already lowered and now the bars need to come back and up. Where should I look for a kit to do this? Do all the cables work or do they need to be extended?

You might do a bit of searching on: http://www.r1150r.org/board/viewforum.php?f=20 - it's an R1200R specific forum, and bar-risers/backs have been discussed a few times.. answer to your question depends on what bar-backs you get and what you're looking to achieve.
