Driving home in my truck from work, I saw a guy riding a scooter, in the center lane of 694, during rush hour, texting on his phone.

The scoot was maybe a 200, in other words, he had to have had it almost completely pegged to flow with traffic.

And there he was, looking down, texting on his phone whilst holding it against the handlebars. Dang, I wish I would've had a camera, it was definitely a Kodak moment.
