A younger friend of the family stopped over with his brother in law the other day.
One with a GSXR600 and the other with a brand new M109R.
So I invited both of them to take the XChallenge out for a ride.
The owner of the 600 did not even go past looking and poking.
Basically said there is no way he was getting on that thing.!
And at ~5'7" I can understand his initial hesitation.
But really...Anyone remember Gaston Rahier?
The owner of the M109R hits about 6'4", almost all legs.
He got on the almost 39" seat height, looked good, got off.
Whats wrong I asked...
I don't like how high up it is....
"WHAT !?" -I asked.
I'd feel like I'm falling over in the corners being that high up...
Oh...:scratch
No one has taken me up on the offer to swap rides yet...
I really like this bike in soooo many ways...:evil :burnout
The M109R was fun to ride....Torque monster.
Just gotta' watch those lean angles.:evil
