Cooling fan diagnostic

I have a nagging problem with my '91 K75, Seems that the cooling fan will run in time with the turn signals when it's hot . When it's cold it doesn't display the symptoms. What could be causing this to happen, I don't know if the fan switch and the turn signal relay shares any power or ground connection. Any help is greatly appreciated.

All the grounds on the K bike go to the center frame tube - there is a large stud there, and the grounds are all there under a nut. I'd suggest removing the nut, cleaning all the grounds and reinstalling it. BTW - brown on a BMW is always ground.
