Givi E-180 rack?

Searched but can't find the answer, anybody able to tell me if the Givi E-180 rack/mount for a topcase uses the exact same mounting holes for the stock BMW tail rack on an 87 K100RS?

Interested in using this with a Givi topcase for my better half.
