oil/filter change procedure on R1150R

I enjoy doing light maintenance on my bikes such as changing the oil & filter as required. But, I don't want to buy a shop manual just for that. Besides, there are none available for 2004 models that I could locate. Is there something out there for my R1150R that I could merely download & print??

You'll need a filter wrench and the tools under the seat to do an oil and filter change on that bike.

Ride bike around and get it to operating temperature.
Drain old oil
Remove old filter
Fill new filter with oil, lube the rubber seal with fresh oil and install
Fill the bike with about 3.25 qts of oil and then top off to the dot in the middle of the sight glass.
Start bike and look for leaks
Ride it around a bit to get it warmed up.
When you get back, sit it on the sidestand for ten minutes.
Put it on the centerstand and check the oil level.
