Are parts available for older Integral bags? ('87 K100RS) I had a little incedent where the center stand sunk in the mud during a deluge, and the bike toppled on its right side, crushing the bag. I've repaired the damaged bag easily enough with JB weld, except the gasket and hinge are wasted. I noticed that the hinge is removable. Are they something that's available?
I have searched high and wide for a used bag or pair, without success.
Thanks,
JC

The hinge is replaceable...when you buy a set of two(~$10)...get an extra set just in case, and stick it in your tail light storage compartment.
Also, the liner will wear out over time...to be safe, I stuck Husky garbage bags on the inside of the saddlebags as my liner....kinda ghetto, but works like a charm.

The stock hinges are really garbage. I used a 2" brass hinge and it works great.

Wow...I love that!
Did you rivet those hinges in?

No, just double nutted machine screws, cut to length. You need
about 1/2" to clear the ridge. Keep the centerline of the hinge on
the same plane as the stock hinge.

Go to www.ascycles.com and they have a great illustrated parts finder. It has every single part for the bags/cases there.
