I'm ordering spare bulbs and fuses for my bikes, and I'm confused on which tail light bulb(s) I should be carrying for my 95 K75. Does someone know if the 12V 21W bulb or the 12V 10W bulb is correct? The link to the fiche (Diagram #63_0363) and the various parts numbers appear below. Thanks in advance.

your brake light use 21W bulb and tail light use 10W bulb.
I'm converting my taillight to LED,is brighter and last longer, not forgeting it draw less power.10 very bright LED's,here is the picture of the bord i'm using:

Two concerns:
1 - having only LED's may trigger the bulb-out warning system on a K bike, at least the pre-CAN bus ones
2 - LED's can be quite directional. Very bight on axis but brightness falling off rapidly off-axis. On cars using them you'll see they are typically surrounded by a plastic grid affair that helps diffuse the light a bit to do away with the directionality.
Other than that - be curious how it works out for you.. (I have LED auxiliary brake lights, and LED turn-signals on my R12R..)
