Great song and one of my favorite albums to try and sing end to end in my helmet.

but floats seem to be the answer. First, I fuque'd them up even worse,(gas spewing out the right carb like there's no tomorrow, idling like a caliope, and a complete blank spot at 2K) then made it run real nice on a second try at adjusting that "tang." I'm starting to like an airhead!

So i think new floats are on order. Do that in a couple o' days, when time permits.

But in the meantime BIG effing thanx to all who participated in my little adventure.

If I ever get to ride on the weekends again I'll find you guys at a rallye and beers are on me . two rounds.:bow

p.s you know more ****e's gonna go wrong on this bike, .... don'cha?:bottle

You've got to get some positive waves going. Your homework, if you choose to accept it, is to watch Kelly's Heroes.

Kelly: Well Oddball, what do you think?
Oddball: It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.
Big Joe: Hey look, you just keep them Tigers busy and we'll take care of the rest.
Oddball: The only way I got to keep them Tigers busy is to LET THEM SHOOT HOLES IN ME!
Crapgame: Hey, Oddball, this is your hour of glory. And you're chickening out!
Oddball: To a New Yorker like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Tigers.
Kelly: Nobody's asking you to be a hero.
Oddball: No? Then YOU sit up in that turret baby.
Kelly: No, because you're gonna be up there, baby, and I'll be right outside showing you which way to go.
Oddball: Yeah?
Kelly: Yeah.
Oddball: Crazy... I mean like, so many positive waves... maybe we can't lose, you're on!

That's what I love about this forum. I work in the theatre, forcrissake! ...and I got a Florida motorcycle guy, among others, not only helping me fix my bike, but doing life-coaching via movie dialogue. Ya gotta love it.

I gotta get serious about retirment just so I can chase down some of the other geeks out there, and get to some tech days and rallyes.:buds In the words of Clinton 'Bubba" Hare, "How great life is if you just accept the small gifts and don't waste time on wishes.''...or in my case, witches.

Ride safe, all!

You've got a spot in Florida if you come this way. :thumb

We have a great Winter Rally in January. Nice riding in the winter!
