Packing the bags as I post this, tried to locate a dealer on the internet but nothing is referenced in the corporate home page for Puerto Rico.

There are no dealers in Puerto Rico. There is a small number of BMW's in the island. Check your Anonymous if I remember correctly there is one or two persons who are registered from the island.

I cannot help you anymore since I left 22 years ago.

This I can tell you Puerto Rico is very congested most traffic laws are ignored lane splitting is your only method of getting ahead on a motorcycle and everybody speeds.

By the way riding in the mountains is great if you like narrow roads and lots of tight curves.

If you go to the South Coast go on PR #1 from Cayey to Aibonito and then Coamo it is spectacular.

I found out where all of the bald tires go. They ship them to the PR.
One of the guys on site had a harley that had tires so worn you could barely make out the imprint of the tread. They looked like the slicks they run at the track. It rained that afternoon and the next morning, he didn't ride it back in.

Man they do make an art out lane spitting on the island. And whoa the prices, A BMW dealership would fit right in.

All in all I had a blast even if it was for work, I would love to return and spend some time touring more of the island, visiting the rain forest and such. Just don't eat at the beach, 20$ for a dozen oysters. 7$ for a beer.
