Had to pull the left caliper off my 87 K100RS.
Spilled brake fluid on fender/wheel.

Rinsed all parts long and thoroughly with fresh water stream, anything else to do or is the water flush sufficient to clean the fluid from the paintwork?

One of the BMW training guys says to keep a spray bottle of water nearby, and when ever you spill, spray it with the water. Then rinse the whole thing off when done.
