84 R100 - What's it worth

I've got a 84' R100 low mileage, 60K, regularly serviced with steel break lines, ride off stand and pull of seat. Bike is very clean but could use some body paint touch up. Bike runs well, garaged always, but hasn't been used much in the last few years. I'm considering selling and am looking for input on what you guys think this might be worth. any ideas?

From the prices that people are asking for similar bikes, anywhere from $1800 to $3800, totally ignoring the crazies that ask for $7000. So many factors are involved.
I keep finding 'bargains' that are around $2000 or less and then I put about another grand into them to make them reliable. One of these days I would like to find a bargain that is ready to go.
