I'm going forward with the replacement of the Hall Effect Transmitter IF I can find the sensors. My dealer quotes $289.00 for the part. I would rather go with the $25.00 option!

Anyone know where I can find the sensors?

I have a line on a used assembly, but would still rather just replace the sensors.

Check out www.ebbo.org for more details on what I'm talking about. Also, let me know if you think I'm crazy for attempting this operation. I'm not a professional mechanic but really think this sounds like an easy operation. I've resigned to taking the bike to my local shop for a tune after the installation. Better than the $300 that they will want to install the assembly.

Thanks for your input!

Steve

I have a memory of Honeywell being the outfit. CRS is kicking in as to which part or the name of the part. I remember 12-18 dollars being the price. Will search more.
