Here's the really cool thing - large portions of the members aren't computer geeks like the ones that have typically occupied places like this. This is, as Martha says, a Good Thing. It is, instead, a place where motorcycle people hang out and yak, in particular, BMW motorcycle people.

I was digging around with the Wayback machine last night and found a couple good ones.

I think it shows that there was a time, not too long ago, where we had a very different vibe here. We were sort of feeling our way around, hoping to build the community that has since taken hold.

Back then, we were still running 30 or 40 posts a day, max!
