radio problem

I have a 2004 R1200CL the power comes on to the radio display but I get a message NO RADIO did I do something or is there an inherent problem with cl radios? Thanks

does your CD player work?

check the wire harness in the saddle bag. the radio is actually back there with the CD unit.

Check out www.chromeheads.org - there are answers to this, and many other questions...really! I don't have a radio on my '04 CL, but it seems to be a common problem. Something about disconnecting it to 'reset' or something. You'll find it on the site.
