May have screwed up?

Well gang, someone please tell me. Did I? I have a K11LT. While doing some electrical checks on my trailer, we inadvertantly let the battery get too low to start the bike. A car charger was handy so we tried to jump the bike with it. The positive cable got bumped after connecting the negative. There was a small spark and I then had no instrument lights. Dead Bike. Checked the fuses. All "looked" good. Where do I go from here? Could I have fried something?

Volts on the batt 12.4>good 12.0<lower bad. charge the batt. retry>go ok,no go<
But first dash headlight all normal lighting comes on<good, if not <bad..

look at all the frame grounds, Main b+ pos. lead recheck sounds like somthing very simple.
