I was watching the most recent episode of Law and Order last night and in one scene in a parking garage District Attorney Jack McCoy is getting ready to saddle up on his Airhead.
He has a conversation with the state's expert psychiatrist who in this particular episode takes the side of the defendant. While she and Jack are arguing about the case, you can see Jack put his helmet on the tank, and the tank roundel is plainly visible in the lower left corner of the screen. I don't know enough about 1970's era Airheads, but that's what it looked like. Black tank, perhaps with white pin striping.
I don't know the exact air date or episode title as we watched it on our DVR, but it's the most recent episode from the 2008 season.
My wife rolled her eyes and groaned when I scanned back and used super-slow motion on the DVR to see his bike :)
