Two weeks ago today I got a total right shoulder replacement. Got the staples out yesterday. DR ok'd starting PT this week.

Nice to be pain free. Now the hard part of recovery starts but increased range of motion will be the payoff.

Miracles still happen.:clap

i hear that rolling a throttle and squeezing a front brake are two great therapeutic exercise for the shoulder.

Excellent news! As far as the PT, when I crushed my shoulder blade, I worked it constantly and have a full range of motion as far as I can tell. It ached somewhat, but the payoff is worth it. Good luck.

Good for you, Bud. Follow the PT and keep at it - you'll be back in the saddle in no time!

Outstanding!!!

Good news indeed. Now take the PT seriously and don't do the minimum to just get by.
