Latch lock for 84 R100RT Pannier to frame

Got a broken latch. Anybody know of a source?

The parts are still readily available from BMW. I have broken them before and replaced them myself. You do need to have a riviting gun (Wal-Mart, Auto Zone, etc) to put the new rivets back in... a new tool, cool :lol :groovy :clap
Check on the web fiche from Max BMW or A&S cycles, but any BMW dealer can get them.... :whistle
I have broken some of these before and now have a beginning crack in both of them that latch to the bike. I am planning to take them off and build me a better set-up out of metal that is not likely to break as easily. It is on my "to-do" list... :dance :brad

I just replaced mine; only get 200,000 miles per latch?

I got it from MAX BMW, only live 10 miles away.
