Kuma's is a "metal" themed burger joint in chicago with a very, very decent beer list. The burgers are all named after Metal and Hardcore bands. If you aren't a fan of "aggressive" music, you might want to wear earplugs. I think "Creeping Death" by Metallica was the lightest thing i heard in my 2 hours there. The above burger was 1/2 lb with a 1/4 lb brat (viennese sausage), bacon, cheese and some other stuff on it. The thing actually stayed together through the entire eating process. yummy yum yum........

i normally don't indulge in such excess, but i couldn't pass this one up, especially getting to say the name of the burger to a complete stranger.:laugh

Oh my! I'll have to look for that if I ever go to Chicago again. (I'd probably eat 1/4 of it and save the rest for leftovers.)

I had an awesome burger about a week ago. It was stuffed with bacon and blue cheese. Best. Burger. Ever.... But I've yet to try one with a sausage on top of it while listening to metal.

I tried to make my own tonight. Turned out really good, but I mistakenly didn't include enough bacon. hard to admit, but I'll learn from this mistake.
