New Member Cannot Login

A friend of mine is trying to login for the first time at http://stl.bmwmoa.org/source/security/member-logon.cfm?section=unknown&activesection=home

He follows the directions on the screen, but gets the message "Your login or password is incorrect or has expired."

How does he login for the first time? His membership number is 138756.

his best bet would be to call the main office and let them know he is having a problem. they can check to see that he is properly registered and all that good stuff.
