Event Tents to Rent

Does any one know who to contact about renting event size tents at the rally and the prices for the different size tents?

Michael, contact the Gillette Chamber of Commerce. You may also want to do an online Yellow Page search for tent rentals in the Gillette area.

I thought last Year a club was able to get a discount, on a event tent if they used the same company that MOA was using for thier event size tents.

I don't know if that was the case or not...could have been? You might send Ray Z a PM to see who the rally is using this year. I don't know if a company is contracted yet.
