Need new latches for mid-'80s bags

Hello,
Can someone suggest where I can locate six latches for BMW bags circa mid-'80s? I just bought an '87 R80 with BMW bags and the latches are really, really loose! Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

The dealer comes to mind, but they're likely to be expensive. You might also try <http://www.thepartshaus.com> in Long Beach. Perhaps they've got a set of ugly bags with decent latches; otherwise, I think you'll have trouble getting two latch sets which use the same key.
