Trouble receiving BMWMOA magazine

Since joining up several months back i've had to call to get my first two issues of the owners group magazine sent to me & the newest issue hasn't arrived yet either. I've sent e-mails too & each time who ever I talk to says the problem will be taken care of. It's becoming a drag having to call every month. Is there someone specific I should contact? Thanks

On the one or two occasions that I have had to call, the Country Store has got it straightened out right quick.

Is it possible the trouble is with your post office?

In either case, good luck. It should be resolved, and soon.

Just got off the phone with a nice lady at BMWMOA who told me the problem was that I hadn't been assigned a mail code & apparently whoever i've spoken with before has over looked that. She said that she would take care of the problem.;)

If your problem is not resolved after another issue of the ON, do call the 'MOA Office and they will get it resolved for you.
