We are finally going to ride the four corners. Staring May 1 San Diego, heading toward Fla. Would like to meet fellow members along the way. Peggy and I have never tried this kind of distance, but we are excited and sure out trusty R1100RT is up to the task. Any advice or a place to rest would be greatly appreciated. Gary.......

If you've decided on a route and which states your going to travel I can give you a few tips around the south and Tennessee. If your passing this way maybe we can get together for a coffee break:coffee

Since you have time to do the four corners, I am guessing you have time to check out the most scenic routes. In Texas you will want to take some time in the hill country area. Lots of good scenery and twisty roads. One of the most popular motorcycle areas is that from Camp Wood to Medina on St. Hwy. 337. I'm envious that you have the time to live my dream tour. One of these days though the plan is to take about six weeks and just meander around the perimeter of the country. Have fun and as always, Ride Safe and Smart (RSS) .
