We went to the Cycle World show in DC yesterday specifically to see the new F880 GS. I was sadly disappointed. I was hoping it would be my next bike but it's just too incredibly tall. I know it's been discussed to death but why won't BMW consider the general (particularly female) population? At 5'5", I don't consider myself short statured.
After wandering the show floor, I've come to the sad conclusion that BMW is not offering anything that I'm comfortable with in order to move up in power from my 650 GS.
Moto Guzzi, on the other hand, has really intrigued me with the Norge 1200. As much as I don't want to leave my brand, I may have to soon consider it.
