Went down to the international Motorcycle show Friday evening and saw some nice machines, , sat on a few and there were even a few I'd like to have, the Ural tourist or Scout with driven side hack is one, along with the ZStrom, when I was asking the woman at the booth if that was a dual-sport that they came out with to compete with the GS (sure looked and felt like one when I sat on it, but I don't keep up with new machines much) she said no its just a road machine??? Then she looked at her cheat sheet and said "oh, well what do you know, it is!" Humph, so much for the reps from that company!
(note the guy in the background trying to dis-locate his shoulder, whats up with that!??? :-)

and whats up with everyone coming out with pipes warpped in exhaust tape?? I remember that stuff for my old cars as a cheep fix rather than buying a new system. Its like when you see folks wearing "pre-ripped" jeans right off the rack!:laugh

Did get some Gerbins pants hoped they would be on sale, but just list price, least I didn't pay shipping and cheaper than at the local BMW shop that adds another 60 bux!
Over all not bad, but I don't care much for everyone shoving give-a-way sign up sheets at me, like I really want more junk mail!
