I was pleased to read, in the December issue of Motorcyclist, that Hans Muth, who headed the teams that designed the R90S, R100RS, and R65LS, is still around. He now heads Muth-Design Consulting GmbH in Kinsau, Germany.
An interesting note in the piece is that the R65LS design foreshadowed that of the Suzuki Katana which he "penned" after he left BMW. Ach du lieber! :laugh
Does this mean you can call your LS a can o' tuna?
