1982 R65 Final Drive Splines

Does my 1982 R65 have splines at the final drive that need to be lubricated with moly grease like clutch splines ? Here is a picture of the actual final drive and driveshaft I'm working on. Thanks in advance.

Anytime I have the rear wheel off I apply some grease to the final drive splines before I put the wheel back on. I also gear wheel bearings with the tool that I have had for years to be able to gear wheel bearings with out removing them.

The front f the driveshaft is a bolted flange - no splines to grease.

The rear of the drivesahft is a splined cup running in gear oil (hopefully) so nothing to grease.

But the splines where the wheel itself mates to the final drive ouput shaft (hub) splines do need to be cleaned and lubricated every time you put the wheel back on.
