The tool kit is missing from my new-to-me R100RT. I have been searching for a list of tools it had to begin building my own but have been unsuccessful. Specifically, what "special" items are included in the standard tool kit?

Thank you

Man, just order a complete kit from your dealer.

Last time I checked, the whole thing was under $100.

Thank you to all who replied. I have been checking eBay and the online merchants but haven't found a standard tool kit. Those listed are described as adding to or complementing the standard kit. I've run into references to use tools in the kit to pull the axle to remove the rear wheel. I wasn't sure what they were referring to. And also some special bolt with a rounded tip to allow the oil cooler to refill. Manual has been ordered.

Thank you for the link. I haven't run across that url when using Google to search for online parts retailers.

At this site, you have to already know the part numbers to order as there is no text search. Is there a site that has an online parts diagrams like you showed in the image?

Kent,
Where do you find that diagram? I've seen a couple of them like on Max BMW's site, but not the one you attached.
It's nice graphic. PDF?

I just found an online microfiche at http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do?vin=&kind=M&arch=0 which was linked to from Bob;s BMW (http://store.bobsbmw.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=882)

Thank you Kent for the part numbers, that was a great solution. I appreciate it. Parts ordered...

Looks like Kent is using the ETK program, which floats around from time to time...he probably did a screen capture and was able to post that...
