Greetings all.
My 1983 R100RS will be needing a battery soon. I have the Yuasa Yumicron in there now. I'm thinking about going with an Odyssey this time. However, I'm not sure which one to go with, the PC680 or PC925L. It seems like I could use either one, but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Anthony

according to batteriesplus.com you need the pc680. i'm battery shopping as well.
I have the PC680 in my 1977 R100 and my 1993 R100. They are very good batteries. One of them sat for a couple of months and still started without a charge. I will probably need to charge after this winter. I have a clock on the later bike. I am wondering what kind of charger would be correct for this model.
By the way, for the longest time the battery was avaliable on EBAY for $95. I haven't seen it lately but there are plenty of advertisers for $119 delivered.

I have a PC 680 in my bike. I installed it 4 years ago. I was thinking a few months ago that my battery required replacement, so I took it out of the bike, took it to
Auto Zone and had it tested. It showed 450 cold cracking amps after 4 back to back starts... I send and email to Odyessy to find out how good that was. I was told that all I need is 220. I got a couple of years left on mine... Awesome battery!!!!
