shifter adjustment

I'm looking to find out if the shifter can be adjusted and how? I think I have an idea, but I'd rather not snap off parts if I'm wrong. I have'nt had a chance to get a service manuel yet. 04 1150r. Thanks

I haven't found a manual yet for my '04 RRS. Is one available?

If it has a linkage something like this, it should be adjustable. You just have to remove one of the jeebus clips and turn the adjuster in or out, depending on whether you want to raise or lower the shift lever.

Thanks for the help, I'll have to get down there for a closer look. No I have'nt seen a manuel yet either.
