for anyone that has never had the opportunity to sit down and talk to dave, and get him going on motorcycles, riding motorcycles, motorcycle riders, motorcycle trips, motorcycle camping, and all things BMW and BMWMOA, i'd like to encourage you to listen in. there is a reason he was elected president of our club, and it is his passion for what we all have in common. if you've got friends or family that wonder why you mail in $35 a year, or why you go to rallies, or why you wake up in the middle of the night screaming, "kilty is coming!" point them to it as well.

pssst dave, don't screw up! :ha

my prediction is that you start out sounding all presidential and grown-up, and then as the discussion continues, you get into it and your enthusiasm will be obvious. by the end you'll be that young man who was riding around new england with his girlfriend on the back of the bike.

so maybe mainlining a triple-shot 15 minutes into it is perfect... :thumb
