multiple oil leaks R1200GS 05

just got back from my 36k service. I mentioned smelling oil when pulling into the garage after a ride prior to the service. Sure enough the dealer found possible rear main seal, gearbox input shaft seal, output shaft seal and final drive pinion seal. Any one else heard of such. I was ready for this bike to do 100k.:scratch

What lubricants are in the offending parts? Anything oddball?

My '05 GS has experienced two low-mileage seal failures:

- transmission input shaft seal at 10K
- final drive outer seal at 14K
