Buy a used crank. These engines are a pleasure to work on-you can swap the parts with the engine in the frame. Unless the rod is damaged, you can even leave the head on.

That's an option, but because they so seldom fail, you can shop around and pickup a used K75 motor for some pretty cheap dollars.

to late for in frame.im going to restore whole bike.i was not sure if used engine is good option, two conecting rods are demaged(not bent only litle blue from heat). cylinder sleves are perfect, berlly any wear.frame was removed from engine so right now on my lift i got engine block trans rear swing arm and rear wheel.for some reason i can't post any picks.

Sounds like a new engine is how I would proceed. Go here to test posting pictures. One tip is to NOT preview you message once you have uploaded you picture. Do that last and then post your message.

K75 engines are available SO cheap that it's not worth opening them up if something big fails (and that's the first time I've heard of bearing problems on one - I'd suspect oil pressure failure of some type..)
A friend who owns an independent BMW shop is disassembling a K75S - relatively late model, good engine. I'm sure the engine will be a bargain if you're within shipping distance of NJ, USA..
Ping me (PM) if you want the contact info.

If connecting rods are blue the engine got very hot when it shouldn't have. So, I would suspect either it had a cooling system problem or it was somehow run without sufficient oil pressure. Maybe only partial as in run with a clogged oil passage. So unless you know exactly why the damage happened it is anybody's guess how widespread the damage might really be.
I would personally look for a different engine. The possibilities for minor damage all over the place leading to a lifetime of continuing problems is just too high with that engine in my opinion.

Amazing, that looks a lot like the pictures BMW used in promotion of the (then) new K-bikes showing the Kompact Drive System.

To pick the current color of my K bike, I just wandered the lot at Knauz BMW automobiles until I found the one I wanted. The cars have some pretty neat choices available.

I think BMWs are best in traditional black. I finally found a black one on my 3rd try. Then I went really strange and added a brown one to my garage.

K bikes are so simple, and i like it. I can have this bike broke down to pieces in 1 to 2 hours.I will get this one going, make sure evrything works how like it newbrakes, battery, tires, fluids and then frame, wheels and sheet metal will get new paint.
