I'm sure it's a bit farther than you'd care to pay taxi fare to, but Dave, the owner of Sport Cycle Pacific a small shop in Santa Barbara, seems to get involved in K models often. Last time in the back room, he had 3 in work, and one out front for sale. I watched a transmission change, rear swing housing chewed up by the shaft get replaced, and a one he had parted out. He has helped me with a few items, and is fair. Dave's main focus is Moto Guzzi, and he is a dealer. he has K backround to the point of building a 3 wheel Special, that has 2 in front, using all K parts. Not my cup of tea, but a alot of quality work in it. He's in the book if you care to call. I'm not on the payroll. KC

Mitch's Austrovarian, Mitch sold it to Valdy (sp?) who worked with Mitch at Marty's for 8 years.
Valdy and his son are very good mechanics and good guys.
