My ABS dash warning lights on my '95 K1100 just started blinking constantly (alternating) whilst riding. Now they won't stop no matter what unless dash ABS button is pushed. What gives?

The bike has a fault in the ABS system.

You need to find and cure the source of the fault.

A dealer can do this. You can try to reset the fault too.

Start by reading this:

ABS requires a fresh fully charged battery and a weakened one will reflect in the ABS fault code system sometimes, most frequently as a matter of fact. Its an easy check, as a first response, to go check the battery voltages. I have found it a most common"error code" in bikes with older batteries. Not always the case, but!
