My abs lites flash like a railroad signal,when I push the button only the lower one flashes,eventually going back to the both flashing.Any ideas out there??

You have an error code in your ABS computer. Usually a result of low battery voltage. Use the link to reset the ABS. You can also read out the code from the diagnostic socket with an analogue VOM using the blink method. Reset the ABS and see if it comes back.

Assuming for a moment that an '02 GS and an '02 RT are going to have the same codes, the quickly flashing and alternating error lights indicate low fluid in the brake system.
I've had this happen twice in the past six months. First time it was the rear brake fluid level. The next time it was low ABS unit fluid.
Hope my experience with the RT does (or doesn't, depending on your perspective) translate to yours on the GS.
