Three minute video of part of the Colorado trip.
No registering, no spam or popups, just the video. (I pay to keep it that way)
If this does't inspire you to get off the couch and go riding you may be beyond help:violin

Very nice! :thumb
I have never heard Mary McCaslin - like her voice a lot. Reminds me a bit of Emmy Lou ....

Shawn,
I recerntly discovered Mary on of all things internet radio "The Coyboy Cultural Channel" or something like that.
I must live on a another planet because before I saw "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" I did not know of Allison Krauss but boy I do now.
As for Emmy Lou, I don't care if she is approaching 60, if she'll sing to me, I'll leave home for her!
Give the Cowboy cultural club or whatever it is a listen and sometimes they have some nice stuff on "Folk Alley"
Makes for good Advernturing background music.
Cheers,
Dagger

Very cool video young man. Did you use Adobe Premiere Elements to compose it? I'm only now learning to use that software. It can be very dramatic. Nice choice of background music to set the mood. I know you had fun on that ride. Thanks for posting a bit of it and sharing.

Bob,
I have tried sveral movie editing programs and have had difficulty with all of them except "Movie Magix" (pro 11)
It is very diconcerting to have things lock up in the middle of a deal and loose everything.
It takes a while to learn Movie Magix but once you get the basics it goes rpetty quick. The program has hundreds of features you will never use and is very powerful but, and here perhaps is the best part, it ususally works and is the least expensive one out there.
I have a pretty fast computer but still, it is best to shut down everything you don't need and save the file many times during compilation.
Oh yea, I tried the MAC, which everybody says is better, but it wasn't for me.

Thanks for the advice Dagger. I'm blessed in that I make the computer chips at Intel in Oregon. The give us "loaner" chips which are the latest, fastest stuff known to mankind - for free. Also, they have a deal with Microsoft & Adobe that gets software from these two giants for $20 apiece. As I said, I'm blessed.
