Makes one wonder if he pulled over if he would be in jail.

He didn't pull over. He continued to flee on foot. No info as to why he abandoned the bike. He has a nice felony conviction now just because he was too immature to pull over or to start out early enough to get to work on time. Stupid choices and he'll have plenty of time to think about them. I'm glad no one innocent was hurt.
