Holy cow, there's vehicles on that road. It looks like the Tin Man on wheels.

I wondered what you'd think if you were coming up the road and saw that coming at you, and then thought, what would you think if you looked in your rearview mirror and saw that comings towards you??

Naturally, one would have to do this on Grimsel Pass in Switzerland. Where else could you be assured of a glass smooth road? I wonder what the ride is like on more rough or broken surfaces, or what would happen should there be a pothole in the way!

You've got to wonder what the motorcyclists thought of being passed by this guy!

Believe me, I've been down (and up) Grimselpass, he could see that there wasn't any traffic in the other lane. It's completely normal and even expected driving behavior in the Alps. If the other lane is free, everyone uses it. Even if the lane isn't free, the tourist buses use it anyway.

When natural selection is no longer in force, some folks are driven to achieve gene pool cleansing in novel ways.

i have to get myself a rig like that. the only way i was EVER able to ride a skateboard was by starting at the top of a big hill and lying on my stomach face first. speed at that height off the road is multiplied by a factor of 10. we used to hold races at a local mountain all dressed up in hockey pads various sporting helmets, speed was incredible but steering was negligible:hungover
