I am stuck at work and very bored. I am a curious critter and I have observed another person bored like I am.:snore
This thread is about our boredom. I am just hanging here at the fire station hoping the alarm will not sound. I was really looking for something to do and thanks too you I have something to do right now. You are a very thoughful person.
I strongly feel that this will be a very popular thread due to the fact that there is nothing to complain about because this thread is about nothing. Now someone could tell me to get a life but, that will not apply because I am at work in my fire station. I am getting paid to type this kind of nonsense.
So there!

I was thinking about my forum name as I drove to the Nat'l on my R50. Rapid seems a bit of a leap on that bike. Faster than stopped Roy doesn't sound as good though. Also, smaller motor bikes seem more fun because you can ride everywhere full throttle.

June the 4th, 1973, was much like any other summer's day in Peterborough,
and Ralph Mellish, a file clerk at an insurance company, was on his way
to work as usual when Nothing happened!
Scarcely able to believe his eyes, Ralph Mellish looked down. But one
glance confirmed his suspicions. Behind a bush, on the side of the road,
there was no severed arm. No dismembered trunk of a man in his late
fifties. No head in a bag. Nothing.
For Ralph Mellish, this was not to be the start of any chain of events which would not, in no time at all, involve him in neither a tangled knot of suspicion, nor
any web of lies, which would, had he been not involved, surely have led
him to no other place, than the central criminal court of the Old Bailey.

You promised "stale and unimaginative"... but nothing said it had to be about nothing! Let the thread flow like a river, unhindered into the ocean of the creative and unknown. it is not to be damed and channeled with the rigidity of stone into a fetid lake of stale ideas and TV quotes...

A wandering thread should never be snipped, especially this one! Do you realize what you have created? This is no normal thread anymore. It's not an answer to a question. It's not even an answer to the question nobody asked. This thread is not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon...
Now, let us rejoin the mind to the body, and gaze into the heart of the candle in meditation of these thoughts...

When you're ridin' sixteen hours

Let's get retarded, in here...
And the base keep runnin' runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and
runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and runnin', and...
In this context, there's no disrespect, so, when I bust my rhyme, you break your necks.
We got five minutes for us to disconnect, from all intellect collect the rhythm effect.
Obstacles are inefficient, follow your intuition,
Free your inner soul and break away from tradition.
Cause when we beat out, girl it's pulling without.
You wouldn't believe how we wow sh*t out.
Burn it till it's burned out.
Turn it till it's turned out.
Act up from north, west, east, south.
[Chorus:]
Everybody, everybody, let's get into it.
Get stupid.
Get retarded, get retarded, get retarded.
Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here. Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here.
Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here. Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here.
Yeah.
Lose control, of body and soul.
Don't move too fast, people, just take it slow.
Don't get ahead, just jump into it.
You all hear about it, the Peas'll do it.
Get stutted, get stupid.
Don't worry 'bout it, people will walk you through it.
Step by step, like an infant new kid.
Inch by inch with the new solution.
Trench men hits, with no delusion.
The feeling's irresistible and that's how we movin'.
Yeah.
Runnin' runnin', and runnin' runnin', and runnin' runnin', and runnin runnin' and... Come on you all let's get...Oohhoo!
Aha, let's get oohhoo... in here (right now yeah.) Cookoo, aha, let's get, cookoo, in here... Cookoo, aha, let's get,
cookoo, in here...ow, ow, ow...
ya, ya, ya, ya, ya, ya, ya, ya, ya, ya, ya...
Let's get ill, that's the deal.
At the gate, we'll bring the bud top drill. (Just)
Lose your mind this is the time,
You all test this drill, Just and bang your spine. (Just)
Bob your head like epilepsy, up inside your club or in your Bentley.
Get messy, loud and sick.
You all mount past slow mo in another head trip. (So)
Come then now do not correct it, let's get ignant [ignorant] let's get hectic.
[Chorus:]
Everybody, everybody, let's get into it.
Get stupid. (Come on)
Get retarded (come one) , get retarded (yeah), get retarded.
Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here. Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here. (R-E-T-A-R-D-E-D)
Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded in here. Let's get retarded (ha), let's get retarded (woah, woah, woah) in here.

We start, then, with nothing, pure zero. But this is not the nothing of negation. For not means other than, and other is merely a synonym of the ordinal numeral second. As such it implies a first; while the present pure zero is prior to every first. The nothing of negation is the nothing of death, which comes second to, or after, everything. But this pure zero is the nothing of not having been born. There is no individual thing, no compulsion, outward nor inward, no law. It is the germinal nothing, in which the whole universe is involved or foreshadowed. As such, it is absolutely undefined and unlimited possibility -- boundless possibility. There is no compulsion and no law. It is boundless freedom.
Charles S. Peirce, "Logic of Events" (1898)

Can a moebius ball cause a final drive failure ? .........my one cent here.
I went to a Moebius Ball once. It was over before it started, but it kept going and seemed to go on forever.

Seems I read somewhere that they don't have them in AUS or NZ. I don't like them because I can't help myself from picking them up in parking lots, etc. My grandmother is always watching me...
