I don't think anyone is repairing them. If you hear otherwise, please let me know. I have one that I would have repaired.
I bought a used ABS1 brain recently after riding without ABS for a number of years. It was fine riding without the ABS, but it sure is nice knowing it is there if I need it! I like not having the ABS light lit as well.
My ABS brain interfered with the functioning of my rear brake, so I unplugged it. I would recommend against riding with your ABS lights flashing.

I sent my ABSI brain off to Victor Rocha in Calif. and he couldn't repair it......then sent it off to "Module Master" ...Gavin Curtis and he couldn't repair it. Something about the mix of TTL logic and IC's mixed in the circuitry has them stumped. When mine went, it totally undid my rear brakes....just lucky it was the rear that malfunctioned instead of the front---would have been disaster. I removed the brain and have been riding happily ever since.....knowing of course that I don't have ABS......
