Too true!
Why spend less then 10 bucks on a cheap, flimsy chair when you can spend over a $100 on a truly elegant, well engineered derriere holder.
We do ride BMW's after all:evil.
Careful, the Bavarian gods may strike thee down!:german

For the Nat'l (when it is far for me), I buy a full size lawn chair when I get there. When I leave, I throw it in the vehicle of a local who works at the Rally site (if I can find one).
Kermit chairs are not comfortable for me financially or physically.
I didn't forget anything. I was riding my R50 so I couldn't actually carry anything except the basics.:laugh

I remember thinking that I did, in fact, forget something. But, I no longer remember what is was.
My RED umbrella ; )
And I'm with you on the chair. I only need one at the National. I don't sit down long enough any other time.

I forgot a pillow (folded up the riding pants under the sleeping pad), a chair (my tent neighbors from Ontario shared one of theirs with me), and a hat (bought a rally hat at the Country Store).
The kindness of others is amazing at rallies.

I was shuddering to think you were going to say you simply threw the chair in the trash when you leave.
Giving it away is so much better, or simply leaving it somewhere where the fairground staff can claim it is also great. :thumb

Geez, I hope I can always find somebody to take it. I will have a heck of a time packing it.
